What it does
One record per working day
Each day of a build gets its own record with the date, working hours, temperature, weather and a list of works. Weather can be loaded automatically and the previous day can be copied forward. Photos attach to each work item.
Workers, machines and materials
Workers, machines, materials and subcontractors are kept as lists, and each day picks the ones used that day. Workers get hours, machines a unit such as hours or miles, materials a quantity and a price.
Reports in PDF and Excel
The PDF report lists every day with its workers, machines, materials with prices, works and photos, and separate reports cover attendance and usage. The same data exports to an Excel workbook, and either file leaves through the system share sheet.
Teams, offline use and reminders
A company can run several teams, each member an administrator or a member. Records are stored on the phone first, so a day can be written without a connection and synced later. A reminder arrives when the day's record is still empty.
